Greenwich Sports Systems (GSS)

These Terms govern Greenwich Sports Systems (GSS).

ACCOUNTS AGE 13 AND OLDER. You must be at least 13 years old to hold a GSS account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use GSS. Players listed on a roster or appearing in game footage do not need GSS accounts.
PARTICIPATION DOCUMENTS ARE SEPARATE. A league or Team may require registration, payment, eligibility, safety, waiver, consent, or medical documents through another service. These Terms govern GSS; they do not replace those participation documents or grant permission to play.
AUTHORITY TO FILM. When you record players — including minors — you confirm the game may be filmed and that you are a parent or guardian, an authorized Team or league operator, otherwise authorized to film, or a user age 13–17 acting with permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized adult. You will follow venue, league, Team, and applicable legal restrictions.
SHARED GAME STEWARDSHIP. A scheduled game can belong operationally to one league fixture and appear to both participating Teams. Depending on the game, footage and game data may be available to the game owner, directly admitted participants, active members of a bound Team, and authorized Team or league operators. A standalone game keeps its owner and explicit grants.
YOUR CONTENT AND THE GSS LICENSE. You retain rights you have in content you upload. You grant GSS the limited rights needed to store, synchronize, process, analyze, display, and distribute it to authorized users and to operate, secure, diagnose, and support the service. You must have the rights needed to provide the content. Any product or model-development use is limited by the Privacy Policy: GSS may create and use de-identified football-action data, but may not use identifiable footage to train facial-recognition, biometric-identification, player-identity, or general-purpose large-language models.
PRIVATE TEAM USE IS NOT PUBLIC MARKETING. Access to private Team Replay does not authorize public advertising, public social-media posts, recruiting publication, or promotional likeness use. Obtain the separate authorization required for any public use.
ACCEPTABLE USE. Don't use GSS to harass, surveil, or record people without authority; bypass access controls; falsify identity, consent, roster, score, or officiating facts; upload unlawful material; or use the service where filming is prohibited.
SERVICE STATUS. GSS is evolving software. Features, automated analysis, and availability may change; errors and interruptions can occur. Do not rely on GSS as an emergency, medical, safety, or legally required recordkeeping system.
DELETION AND SHARED RECORDS. A game owner may move an eligible game to Recently Deleted. Shared footage, official game records, audit receipts, legal or safety holds, and copies already exported by authorized users may not disappear merely because one account is removed.
ACCOUNT. You sign in with Apple. You can sign out or delete your account at any time from Account & Privacy. Keep your account and devices secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
ORGANIZATION AND TEAM USE. A participating organization may make GSS available and may set separate participation or technology requirements in its own documents. GSS does not itself determine player eligibility, Team placement, or access to an organization's official information. GSS receives organization-provided player identity or adult contact information only as described in the Privacy Policy and the applicable parent or guardian choice. Declining identity sharing may limit personalized features, but it does not prevent incidental appearance in footage recorded by another adult in accordance with applicable rules.
